This Site Seeks Your Input for Future Upgrades

My Community Workplace provides vital information on workplace issues to employers in the public and not-for-profit sectors. Periodically we upgrade the Site to continue to meet this goal.

Upgrades have included the establishment of four zones of interest – government, school, religious, and not-for-profit – with a zone-specific design and exclusive articles and loss scenarios provided regularly for each zone.

In November 2008, we made available the Leadership2 Model Employee Handbook to registered organizations. The Model Handbook, housed in the Knowledge Vault, provides model policies on a full range of workplace issues; such as equal employment opportunity, ethics, safety, benefits, reporting workplace violence, and rules and procedures for computer and Internet usage.

My Community Workplace welcomes suggestions for future upgrades to the Site. Please let us know what we can do to make the Site more helpful to you and your organization by sending us your ideas via our Contact form.
